All OZS sessions at our Sarasota Zendo on Fruitville Road are canceled till April 1, 2020.
With COVID-19 active on our continent and locally, as a precaution, I have canceled Wednesday evening and Sunday morning meditation sessions at our Zendo, effective immediately for the rest of March.
As we navigate through this health concern, the most important thing is for everyone to take care of each other. If we work together as a community to slow the transmission, our health system will be able to manage the virus and provide adequate care for those who are ill. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation being spread, particularly on the internet and through some social media channels, so please use trusted sources of information, such as the CDC.

To support our Sangha of practitioners, I will be offering Sunday morning online sessions using Zoom meetings .
You will be able to practice with me live at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings. We can chant the Heart Sutra, have our sitting meditation, and Dharma talk with Q&A. Zoom allows us to have the OZS experience from our own devices in our own isolated hermit lodgings. Simply download the app and log in to the session (It is free, but requires an internet connection). The session will also be recorded and can be viewed later. Tune in!
