We are fortunate to have a beautiful space for our little Zendo at Integrated Healing Arts located at 1718 Main Street #310 (Iberia Bank Bldg-enter in the back). It is only available to us on sunday evenings on a regular basis. Please join us for zazen each sunday evening at 6:00pm. We have been holding regular zazen practice every Sunday Evening since May 2015.
In the future, we are planning to hold one day meditation workshops (Sesshin) when the space is available. We will also invite visiting Buddhist teachers from various traditions to give talks to our Sangha.
