Welcome OZS Zoom Registrant.

PANA2228
Dear Sangha,
Thank you for joining one or more of our Zoom Practice Sessions. You are getting this email because you are one of the 14 Sangha members who signed up for this coming Sunday, March 29 at 10 am. It warms my heart to know you all are practicing with me. Today Chong An Sunim registered for our Sunday Zoom Practice Session and hopefully, he will be able to join in from Won Kwang Sa Temple in Hungary.

We have used Zoom Meetings for the last couple of weeks and I have learned from my mistakes. I recorded the sessions and when I looked back on them, I could see what worked and what didn't. I would like to ask you when you join the Zoom session, please keep your video off and your audio muted until the Dharma talk is finished and you are invited to share your thoughts. I discovered that the slightest noise disrupts the Dharma talk because Zoom thinks someone else is wanting to speak and gives the noise priority. Come to think of it, my talking is a bit noisy too! ;-)
Below are the registration links for new registrants. You only need to register once for all the Wednesday or Sunday sessions.

If I had to summarize the entirety of most people’s lives in a few words, it would be endless resistance to what is. As we resist, we are in constant motion trying to adjust, and yet we still remain unhappy about what is.

If I had to summarize the entirety of an enlightened person’s life in a few words, it would be complete acceptance of what is. As we accept what is, our minds are relaxed and composed while the world changes rapidly around us.
