Original Light Zen Temple damaged by fire

On February 15h, Saturday night there was a fire above the furnace room in the Original Light Zen Temple. The cause was established by the fire department as faulty/old insulation. Two trucks arrived and put out the fire within the hour. There were no injuries, also the main meditation building did not suffer any damage.
|
|
However, there is serious damage in the boiler room of the temple: the roof structure is badly burnt, the water cleansing facility, two boilers, one water tank, the whole chimney, and the floor heating pumps broke completely and thus have to be replaced.
|
|
We are sincerely asking for your donation so that we could repair the damage as soon as possible.
