A traditional, yet relaxed all day sit begins at 9:00 am and includes chanting, meditation, a silent lunch, and dharma talk/discussion. Abbot Will Rauschenberger is also available for a private meeting (dokusan), if requested. Suggested contribution for the All Day Sit is $20.00 but this is not arbitrary, it is up to you to give …

Wednesday Evening Practice
Every week unless otherwise noted.

The practice session begins promptly at 7:00 pm with the chanting of the Heart Sutra, sitting zazen, walking meditation, and another sitting. Afterward, we serve tea and have a dharma talk and a brief discussion related to our practice.

Sunday Morning Practice
10:00 am to 11:30 am. Every week unless otherwise noted.
