Time changes, and time to change.
We will start our Sunrise Meditation on Seasta Key Beach at 7:00 am (weather permitting) for the foreseeable future. That should please those that don't like to get up too early!

Please see the calendar (if a session is not listed on the calendar for a specific date then, most likely, it has been canceled). We will go to the village ( Mojo Risin’ Coffee Co. ) for conversation, coffee, or tea after our practice.
