We are having an All-Day Sit on Saturday, March 9, 2024. We will begin the day at Seasta Key Beach at our normal time, from 6:30 am til 7:00 am (weather permitting). We will then move to our Zendo on Fruitville Rd to continue at 9:00 am. I would encourage you to come to the beach, as it will be a wonderful way to start the day. However, if you show up by 9 am at the Zendo, that would be acceptable.

We can comfortably seat up to 12 participants, so I am inviting regular Sangha members first. Please reply and let me know if you are coming, so we can plan accordingly.

Throughout the day, I will offer optional private interviews. The intent is to offer support for our practice. These will be held outside, in private, at a designated time.
|
Bring a brown bag lunch. Tea, water, and snacks will be provided.
|
Our All-Day Sit will be a wonderful way to renew and enrich our practice.
